Infection Prevention and Control Reference Tool for Health Care Providers in the Community

This reference tool was developed based on information gathered from supervisors and managers of agencies that provide health care services to clients in community settings in the Waterloo Wellington area. Feedback received by the WWICN highlighted the great need that exists in community care settings for basic infection prevention and control knowledge and resources.

The 25 page booklet contains neatly organized information that will help community health care providers understand and subsequently apply principles of infection prevention and control to their practice. Additionally, the paper upon which the reference tool is printed supports infection prevention as it can be wiped down after use.

For agencies with in the Waterloo Wellington Region, please contact us here for order information.
